1. I HAVE ALREADY FINISHED BUYING AN ONLINE TICKET. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

After buying the online ticket you can print your electronic ticket and use it for a trip or write out the number specified in the ticket and to ticket it at the station before the trip. Take on discount that usage with electronic ticket or ticketing is possible only by the person whose data were specified while buying the online ticket.


2. WHAT SHALL I DO IF I DECIDE TO CHANGE THE DATE OR DIRECTION OR TO REVERSE THE PURCHASED TICKET AND HOW MUCH THE PENALTY FEE WILL BE?

If you purchased the ticket in the direction of Batumi-Tbilisi by chance or you decide to change date/direction, please get in touch with us by telephone on the number 0 422 24 22 44 no later than 3 hours before the bus departure (6 hours earlier the international trips), in order to take appropriate changes in proper time in the system. Change of the travelling date or direction, or annulment of the purchased ticket is available to be conducted free of charge, except the cases which are foreseen in the document of the "Metro Georgia" where rules and purchase terms are specified.


3. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CREDIT CARD DATA SAFEGUARDED?

Of course! Your personal information is kept and is safeguarded in our server. It is used only for the identification of the ticket owner, the safety of the credit card is provided by bank. We guarantee you that your personal information, contact detail including and the information about the realized trip will not be given to the third person, except the cases which are foreseen by Georgian legislation. 4. HOW MANY HOURS DOES THE TRIP FROM TBILISI TO BATUMI TAKE AND WHERE ARE THE FINAL POINTS FOR PASSENGERS IN TBILISI AND IN BATUMI?

Trip duration in the direction of Tbilisi-Batumi depends on the trip time. You can see this information in details on the page of routs and time-table. Average duration of the trip is 6 hours. The passengers leave coach in Ortachala bus station (address: #3 Gulia Str.) and in Batumi - in the new international bus station (address: #1 Gogol Str.).

6. HOW MANY DAYS EARLIER IS IT PREFERABLE TO BUY A TICKET?

At the beginning and finishing of educational season, summer holidays and festal days, also at the Sea Season and New Year - Christmas periods, the amount of the ticket selling is especially increasing on Tbilisi-Batumi trips. So if you plan to set off-return in this period, it is preferable to buy ticket two days earlier at least. In other period the most busy week days are Friday and Sunday, for which buying tickets on the previous day is recommended, in other cases on the day of departure.


7. ARE THE FREE SERVICES OFFERED BY YOU DURING THE WHOLE TRIP AVAILABLE?

Yes, they are! Free services offered by us available during the whole trip, include: Wi-Fi, personal HD monitors (films, plays, music, radio), tea/coffee/water and the conductor's service.
